1. Who we are

2. Our services

OnlyAEO provides Answer Engine Optimization services, including AI visibility audits, content strategy and architecture, production and publishing of AEO-optimized content, PR and distribution, and reporting. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in your Service Agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

4. Free audits

A free AI visibility audit is provided "as is" for informational purposes, with no guarantee of any particular outcome. It does not create an ongoing engagement.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are set in your Service Agreement. Plans start at the prices shown on our Pricing page and are customized after an audit based on category, competition, and scope. PR articles are billed separately. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, and recurring plans renew until cancelled per the Service Agreement.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate brand information, timely access and approvals, and the rights needed for us to publish on your behalf. Delays in access or approvals may affect timelines and deliverables.

7. AI-generated content

AEO at scale uses AI to draft content, and AI can make mistakes including factual errors or off-brand language. We set up brand guardrails, voice profiles, and topic constraints with you, and we strongly recommend you keep a human review step before publishing. You are responsible for final review and approval of content published to your properties.

8. Results disclaimer

AEO is a long-game, compounding channel. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, traffic, leads, or revenue. AI models and their ranking behavior change continuously and are outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

The OnlyAEO name, logo, site, and underlying methods, tools, and templates are our property. Final deliverables created for you under a paid engagement are owned by you on full payment, except for our pre-existing materials and general know-how, which we retain and may reuse.

10. Acceptable use

Your use of the site and services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Third-party services

The services rely on third-party platforms (AI providers, hosting, CMS, analytics, and more). Their terms apply to their parts of the service. See our Third Party Terms page. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability or changes.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms or a Service Agreement.

13. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the [CONFIRM: 3 or 6] months before the claim arose. [CONFIRM with lawyer].

15. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content or materials you provide, your use of deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination
