• Information you give us. Name, work email, company name, website URL, and anything you include when you book a call, request a free audit, or contact us.

• Audit and service data. The public website content, brand information, and AI-search results we analyze to deliver an audit or run a campaign for you.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

We use AI systems to produce content and analysis as part of our services. We do not submit your confidential information to public AI tools in a way that would train those models on it. Where we use third-party AI providers, they are listed on our Subprocessors page and bound by their own terms.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA and UK residents have rights under the GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 9. International transfers
